For the '89's entering college you need to get on this right away if you haven't already. It looks complicated but it really isn't, basically a fill in the blanks. You will need your parents' help as you will need their IRS tax forms filed for the previous year and yours if you file as well. As for the '90's, you will need to get started by getting a "Pin" number for both student and parent. This Pin number is your government ID number, it is kind of like your account number and is also used as an electronic signature. Then just look through this web-site there is a lot of helpful information.

College Board
This link will help you sign up for SAT and ACT examinations. You can also sign up for the PSAT for those who did not do this through your High School. Also, there is more helpful information on college test preparation and colleges in general.
